Print screen overview

A fundamental overview of the Print screen

The Print screen stores reports that have previously been produced by SmoothPay.

Each entry represents a stored copy of a report as it was produced at that point in time. This allows previously generated report outputs to be reviewed again without reproducing it from the current state of the payroll.

The Print screen can contain reports produced manually as well as reports generated automatically as part of other payroll processes.

Typically, you use this area to review, download or export previously produced reports in their original state.
