SmoothPay provides a range of import options for bringing information into the payroll.

Some options are designed for specific third-party systems or file formats, while FlexiCSV provides a more flexible way of importing data from many systems that do not have their own dedicated SmoothPay import option.

FlexiCSV can be used to import information from many CSV-based exports and can act as a bridge between SmoothPay and third-party systems that do not have their own dedicated import option.

A product not appearing by name in the Import menu does not necessarily mean it cannot be used with SmoothPay.

If you use another system and would like to know whether its exported data can be imported, SmoothPay support can review a sample export and help determine whether it is suitable for use with FlexiCSV.
